This month’s Saturday Sampler is a paper pieced block! For some of you this may be your first exposure to paper piecing so we decided to make a video that will hopefully help you with the process. Once you learn it can be a really fun way to get your blocks exact and do great patterns you couldn’t otherwise do. Hope you like it!

And don’t forget to enter the giveaway before midnight on the 13th!!

Thank you Amy, the video tutorial was great! In some places, your voice was a little faint, but was very good, mine is done. Thanks.

Great video, Amy! I was not able to attend your Saturday class and almost had a panic attack when I picked up my kit late Saturday and saw it was paper piecing but the video was perfect!!!

Fantastic! I wasn’t able to stay for class, so this was like having Amy right in my sewing room!

For future info: I know how to paper piece and put my block together, but there wasn’t an actual picture of the block any where. I noticed after watching the video mine looks different, but it’s not worth tearing apart. Maybe you could include a picture with the pattern next time. Thanks for all you do:)

I am so sorry about that!! If you are happy with your block it really doesn’t matter if it is different then the example. I just posted finished pictures on the blog…thanks for the reminder!
